By accessing or using ABCD School (available at abcdschool.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are accessing this service on behalf of a minor (such as your child or preschool student), you represent and warrant that you are a parent, legal guardian, or authorized educator with the authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.

If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not use the web application.

ABCD School grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for:

• Personal & Family Learning: Home practice of alphabet letter tracing, number counting, and drawing for toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarteners.
• Classroom & Homeschool Instruction: Teachers and school districts may display, project, and utilize ABCD School on interactive whiteboards, tablets, or computer labs without paying licensing fees.
• Offline Usage: Utilizing Progressive Web App (PWA) browser caching for offline learning sessions.

All content on ABCD School—including but not limited to custom SVG letter path coordinates, stroke sequence algorithms, dot snapping physics, visual animations, UI layouts, audio sound design, logos, and trademarks—is the exclusive intellectual property of ABCD School and its creators.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from the code or proprietary tracing engine without prior written consent from ABCD School.

When utilizing ABCD School, you agree that you will not:

• Embed ABCD School in an unauthorized commercial iframe, paid mobile wrapper, or third-party paid service without permission.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to flood our servers or disrupt the platform’s availability for other learners.
• Attempt to bypass or tamper with the Parental Gate security controls or accessibility safeguards.
• Use the web app for any unlawful or malicious purpose.

ABCD School is engineered to be a supportive digital learning companion, but it is not a replacement for parental engagement or physical handwriting practice with pencils and paper.

We recommend following established pediatric guidelines (such as the American Academy of Pediatrics) regarding age-appropriate screen time limits for young children (e.g., 15–30 minutes of high-quality educational co-viewing daily).

To keep ABCD School freely accessible to children, parents, and schools globally, third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense and educational ad networks) may be displayed on the platform. We work with advertising partners to ensure advertisements comply with child-directed safety guidelines (including COPPA).

ABCD School does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any products, services, or content featured in third-party advertisements. Clicking on an external advertisement or third-party link navigates you away from ABCD School and is subject to the terms and privacy policies of that third party.

ABCD School is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for 100% uptime, flawless stroke tracing accuracy, and cross-browser reliability, we do not warrant that the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ABCD School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

We may periodically revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect new educational features or regulatory requirements. Any updates will be posted directly to this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of ABCD School after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
